Solid Care Home Health is commited to the provision of home health care that will assist the clients to search for the meaning in the personal experience surrounding the clients illness and disability; to make choice and decisions about the provisions of respite services based on the clients defined needs and to collaborate actively with Solid Care Home Health staff members and other health care providers regarding the provision of appropriate service.
